Kurd Group
An industrial trading conglomerate established in 2005 in Sudan under the name Roj Company. The group has grown into a multi-sided trading conglomerate, where the group established in 2009 its first factory for the production of plastic pipes under the name of the International factory for pipes.
In 2013, the group expanded in the field of manufacturing plastic products and established its second factory under the name Kurd Plast Factory for Pipe, Window and Doors. This factory occupied a large share in the Sudanese market, and became the first factory in terms of quality and reliability.
In 2016, the group launched its engineering arm in the field of construction, development and contracting, Aras International Company Ltd., which in turn established Aras for Construction and Contracting, where it started its first residential project, which is several residential towers in the suburb of Kafori in Khartoum North, and completed its first tower ARAS TOWER at the end of 2019 according to the highest international standards.
At the end of 2018, the group established its trading company in the field of plastic raw materials trading in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under the name ARAS CHEMICAL TRADING FZCO, which became a partner and main channel for major international chemical companies such as LG CHEM LTD, SABIC, BOROUGE PTE LTD and others.
In 2019 KURD TRADING was established for retail trade in Sudan.
At the beginning of 2021, the group completed the establishment of its third factory for plastic products, called ULTRAPLAST, to be an addition and complement to its previous manufacturers.
The group also launched its trading company in the Gary Free Zone, 65 km north of Khartoum, in mid-2021.
Kurd Group is still growing at a good pace and is preparing to launch projects outside Sudan and the United Arab Emirates, where it is expected to start investments in Senegal and the Federal Republic of Tanzania in the near future.
